Mr. Rodney Gresham, 77, or Valley, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2016 at home, surrounded by family and friends.
Mr. Gresham is survived by his wife Sylvia of 57 years, three children, Tracey (Tim) Humphrey and Trina (Stephen) Green of Valley, AL., and Troy (Karen) Gresham of Opelika, AL; five grandchildren, Tia (Nathan) White, Trent Humphrey, Amanda (Chris) Woodson, Jeremy Conaway and Maegan Green; five Great-Grandchildren, Lily and Liam White, Christian and Mason Woodson, and Jackson Conaway; one sister-in-law, Clarice Gresham and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Gresham.
Mr. Gresham was born March 20, 1939 and lived his entire life in Valley. He worked 42 years at Fairfax Mill and enjoyed many years of retirement spent with his great-grands, grands and church family.
The family would like to thank Chattahoochee Hospice for the care given to Mr. Gresham.
