James Ridley Forrester, 72, a lifelong resident of Valley passed away Friday, May 2, 2014 at Bethany House in Auburn.
He retired from the grocery business having worked for both Winn Dixie and Piggly Wiggly.
He was the son of Henry and Mae Forrester and his survived by his son, Anthony Forrester of Valley; one sister, Henrietta Chambley; one granddaughter; one great-granddaughter and his former wife, Merita Forrester Heath of Opelika.
