He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Dailey; parents, Randall and Effie Dailey; brother, Johnny Waldo Dailey; and sisters, Faye Blake and Maxine Duram. He is survived by his son, James Dailey of Dalton; daughter and son in law, Amber and Lewis Crider of Dalton; sister, Kay Gulege of Dalton; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
