Lieutenant Colonel James R. Seaver (Retired), 82, of Jefferson County, Colorado, passed away April 29, 2018. Born in Chicago, IL, he was a son of the late Colonel Robert S. Seaver and Alice H. Seaver. A distinguished Military Graduate and alumnus of the University of Wisconsin (Madison), he served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army for twenty-one years, including two years in Vietnam.
