James was employed at Tyson Foods in Berryville for a number of years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife Patsy (Foster) Engel of the home, two sons, James Arnold Engel and wife Gloria of Eureka Springs, Russell Patrick Engel of the home, two brothers, Joe Engel and wife Laura of Desert Aire, WA, Bill Engel of Franklin, PA, three sisters, Joyce Burton and husband Ray of Franklin, PA, Louise Engel of Franklin, PA, Rowena Iemma of Franklin, PA, two grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
