James Patrick “Catfish” Kirby, 63, Panama City, formerly of Tallahassee, passed away March 29, 2015, after a long battle with kidney disease.
He was born to the late Howard and Virginia Kirby. He is survived by his wife, Jeannine Kirby; children, Leah (Clark), Jennifer (Dutch), Julie (Ray); five grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers, Phil (Kathy) and Parks (Stephanie); two nieces, and three nephews. He was a former cab driver and enjoyed computer games and going to the Waffle Shop.
