James Patrick Gary, 65, a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie, died September 15, 2011. He was born in Baltimore, MD on February 3, 1946 to Anne Leonora Pumphrey Gary and the late Charles Corbin “Pat” Gary. Pat graduated from Mt. Saint Joseph High School and attended the Catholic University of America in Washington and received his BA; he went on to further his education by attending George Washington University, receiving his MBA and the University of Maryland, receiving his MS. He was employed with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center for 44 years as a computer scientist and network projects leader. Pat was also the head of the networks and IT security branch. He was an active member of the St. Bernadette Catholic Church parish.
