Details: James P. Farrell “Jim”, 71, a 48 year resident of Glan Burnie, died August 3 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. He was born August 5, 1938 in Scranton, Pa. to the late Frank and Rose Farrell. Mr. Farrell retired from the Anne Arundel Co. Police Department in 1989 after 28 years of service. He was a Sargent Detective. A member of FOP #70. He served in the Md. National Guard. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and boating. He is survived by his wife of 48years M. Patricia Farrell. A son Jim P. Farrell & his wife Melena of Walnut Grove, Mississippi. 2 Brothers Joseph Farrell & his wife Gloria of Clearville, Pennsylvania & Frank Farrell & his wife Bonnie of Swanton, Maryland.
