On March 26, 2022, James M. Taylor passed at his home.  He was 64.  

Born in Baltimore, the son of Harry Augustus and Mary Ellen (nee Carter) he would later settle in the Glen Burnie area.

James spent most of his working years in the contracting and home improvement trade and also worked as a brick layer.  In his later years he worked as a maintenance technician for Elite Spice Company.  In his leisure he liked to spend time out doors and enjoyed fishing as well as NASCAR and watching the Discovery Channel on television.  He was also fond of enjoying “a few cold ones.”

Surviving him are his daughter Danielle Sprouse and husband David, and son Randy and wife Kerin Taylor.  He leaves a sister Diane Loudermilk and joins in passing his sister Sandy Taylor.  He will be remembered by his grandchildren Elyssa, Ethan, Ellamae, Easton, Emmett and Evelyn Sprouse as well as his nephew Michael Moreland and fiance’ Angie Thomas and niece Stacy Sterbach and husband Joe.  He will be missed by his great nieces and nephews, Michael Moreland, Jr., Anthony, Robbie, Amanda, Jennifer and Ryan.  His lifelong friends Donnie and John Howard will mourn his passing as he is reunited with his friend Keith Howard in passing.
