James Edward “Ed” Lee age 85, of Cullman, AL beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and friend went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on December 5, 2013. James was a joy to know and love. He was a faithful husband that loved home and family. He was a faithful member of Hilldale Baptist Church for 28 years. At the time of his death he was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Cullman. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Allen Lee and Leland Louise Lee; two brothers, Aubrey Lee and Joe Wayne Lee; two sisters, Myra J. Lee and Delores A. Lee; He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Betty J. Lee; three children: one daughter, Tamera A. Buckner; two sons, James Edward Lee, Jr. and Kent Miles Lee; four brothers and two sisters; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; three step-great grandchildren many dear friends and his excellent and loving staff of caregivers at Hanceville Nursing Center.
