Besides his parents, he is survived by a son James Kenneth Brown of Abingdon, MD, sisters and brothers-in-law, Cheryl and Gary Brown of Westminster and Carol and Scott Goodyear of Carlisle, PA, a granddaughter Hayden Brown and best friend Rich Shriner.
He was predeceased by a sister Kimberly Brown.
