He was currently the Vice President of the Nicholson Water Association .. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Jefferson Downes, Jr. and Velma Patch Downes; and his nephew, John Morris to cherish his memory are the mother of his children, Dolly M.. Wesley (Laurie) Downes; his nephew, William Thomas Downes; and his niece, Sybil Marie Stockstill.Contributions may be made to the Salvation Army or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
