James “Jim” Siska, age 77, died peacefully in his sleep at home on Monday June 7, 2021, surrounded by his family in Littleton, Colorado.
Jim is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy, their daughters, JoAnne Siska (John Hazelwood) and Christine Steger, 3 grandchildren, Steven Steger, Jessica Gallegos (Scott Miller), Kyler Kline, and great grandson, Wyatt Miller. He is also survived by his sisters Mary Adamec and Susan Bernard. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Grace Siska.
Jim proudly served in the Army in Korea and was honorably discharged in 1969.
He loved collecting cameras and was a great photographer. He collected all types of radios and was an avid fan of the Denver Broncos. He was a funny man and was always available with a Dad joke and great funny stories. If you needed sunglasses, he was your man.
His greatest love was his family and having everyone around for any occasion. He loved being a grandfather and was very proud to have time with his great grandson, Wyatt.
He also loved a cold beer, grilling, cheeseburgers, sweets and all his dogs.
A loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, Jim will be loved, missed and forever in our hearts.
