James “Jim” Hilton Kroeger, 64 of Chattanooga, died on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 in a local hospital. He was born on June 8, 1948, a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and graduated from McCallie in 1966. Jim was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving aboard the USS Johnston during the Vietnam War. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Psychology from UTC in 1974.
