James (Jim) Earl Strong Sr. Age 82, formerly of Indianapolis, IN. passed away at home on 12-31-22. Jim had battled cancer for 3 years, which ultimately took his life. Jim was born on 11-22-40 in Hardblurly, KY, to the late June Strong and Lillian Strong (Swanner). Jim is survived by his children Renee Littleton (Robin), Jimmy Strong (Crystal), Stacy Strong, and Joe Strong. His one and only grandchild Meghan Nash (Matt). His sister Eloise Hembree. His little buddy Duke and his best friend of 70 years Richard Mitchell (Mitch). Jim was preceded in death by his brothers Fred, Kenneth, Talmon, Paul, and Jackie Strong. His sisters Ernestine Murphy and Martha Knight. Veiwing will be from 11-1:30 p.m.
