James “Jim” J. Stauch, 83 of Bayville, NJ died on Sunday September 30, 2012 at his home surrounded by his family. Born and raised in Linden, NJ he lived in Elizabeth before moving to Bayville 20 years ago. He summered in Ocean Gate for many years with his family. He loved nature, gardening and all animals. Jim served in the United States Army.
He was a Union Electrician for Local IBEW 675 in Elizabeth, NJ. He is a parishioner of St. Barnabas RC Church, Bayville, NJ. He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Mary Stauch, and his brother Walter Stauch.
Surviving is his wife Nancy (nee Hunter) Stauch of 58 years. His children Robert Stauch of Forked River, NJ, Thomas Stauch of Madeira Beach, FL and Laura Dudeck and her husband William of Pine Beach, NJ. One brother Arthur and his wife Gloria Stauch of Clark, NJ. His adored grandchildren Michelle, Christopher, Collin, Tyler, Kimberly, Caroline, and Lauren. Five great grandchildren. Many nieces and nephews.
