James J. Gosnell “Gos” age 71 passed in Key West, Florida on May 31st 2011. He attended St. Jerome’s Highschool and attended College in Martinsburg Va. He was a Cobra Lead Gunner in Vietnam Serving with his close friends Captain Little, Larry Bowles, and Bob Gibson. James also served as Military Police in Germany. James worked as a Millright for 22 years at General Motors. James was a member of the Essex VFW and then later the VFW in Key West. After Service he was with the 114th Association, locating MIA’s and KIA’s and notifying their families. He enjoyed telling stories to his friends and family especially about his traveling in the service. He is survived by his son Kenny Gosnell, Sr., daughter-in-law Lisa Gosnell, and three Grandchildren Kenny Gosnell, Jr., Dustin Gosnell, and Andrew Windmiller. He is also survived by his close friends Capt. Little, Larry Bowles, Charlie Stillwell, and Mike Strump. James was preceeded in death by his parents James and Marie Gosnell and his best friend Bob Gibson.
