James Irving Barefoot, age 92, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Eagle’s Point Assisted Living Facility in Goldsboro, NC. Born in St. Petersburg, FL, he was the son of the late F.E. and Bertie Carr Barefoot. He was retired from Howell’s Child Care Center in LaGrange, NC after 25 years of service and was a member of Freedom Baptist Church in Goldsboro, NC .
He is survived by Vicki Davis and many other extended family members.
