James H. McCormick, Sr. “Rock”, on March 17, 2015 of Washington Twp., NJ., formerly of Grays Ferry. Age 68. Beloved husband of Ann T. “Nancy” (nee Ketterlinus). Devoted father of James H., Jr. (Kelly), and Katie Farrell (Thomas). Dear brother of Nancy Toritto (Joseph), Thomas (Sandy), Janice Riddle (the late James), Patrick (Annie) and the late Patsy Gizzy. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews and his faithful companions Bonnie, Nina and Harper.
Jim was a beloved son, brother and friend. Devoted husband to Nancy for 39 years, and a wonderful father to son Jimmy and daughter Katie. He worked as a pipe-fitter at the Budd Company for 35 years. He loved spending time with his large family and numerous friends.
In addition, Jim loved traveling especially cruises, trips to the Poconos and North Wildwood. He enjoyed going out to dinner at the Library IV and happy hour at Scotland Run Country Club.
In his spare time he enjoyed coaching baseball and football, as well as rooting for his favorite Philly sports teams. He was also fond of any trivia or age guessing games. Jim will truly be missed by all that knew him.
