Norwich – James Hollin Hague 89, of Norwich, died unexpectedly Sunday, March 16, 2014 at the Wm. W. Backus Hospital with his loving family by his side. He was born in Norwich, son of the late Gustave and Mary Hollin Hague. He graduated from the Norwich Regional Technical School, Class of 1948. He honorably service from the Army during World War II. He worked for many years for AT&T as a cable splicer until his retirement in 1986. He was married to Genevieve C. Hague for sixty years, who predeceased him. Jim was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and was an avid bowler in both Ten Pin and Duck Pin Bowling. Mr. Hague was also predeceased by his sister Isabelle Hague Duncan.
He is survived by two sons and their wives, David and Deborah Hague, William and Sharon Hague, both of Norwich, four Grandchildren: Heather Glidden, Jessica Hague and her fiancé Arny Ingles, Nicholas Hague and Michael Hague, three Great Grandchildren, Manuel Moreno, Natalia Ingles, Aiden Glidden and Donovan Ingles, his nieces and nephews form North Carolina, brother in-law, Ralph Ciliano and a sister in-law, Dorothy Ciliano.
