Devoted father of James Jr. (Sharon) Galligan, Philip (Nancy) Galligan, and Eileen (Michael) Skalski. Proud grandfather of Erin (Jason), Anne (Evan) and Seth Galligan, Michael and Jennifer Galligan, and Riley and Payton Skalski; Great grandfather of Ira and Nora.
Preceded in death by his parents James and Blanche Galligan, with one brother, and two sisters. Fond uncle of several nieces and nephews.
