James Garfield Everette, age 72, a native of Monroeville, AL and resident of Semmes, died on Monday, Jan. 13, 2014 in a local nursing facility. He is survived by a daughter, Debra (Donnie) Brannan, one son, Yogi (Nell) Everette, three brothers, Cecil Everette, Woodrow Smith, and Joe Mac Reed, two sisters, Linda Reed Farrior and Brenda Reed, four grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
