James Frederick Fred Malone, Jr., age 57, of Gas City, IN, went to the light December 29, 2015, at Marion General Hospital in Marion, IN.
He was born June 2, 1958 to the late James Frederick Malone, Sr. and Judith (Willis) Ruley. She survives. Fred graduated from Mississinewa High School in 1976 with highest honors. He also was given an art scholarship that enabled him to study at St. Francis College. Fred attended Eastview Wesleyan Church since his childhood. Fred was an incredible artist. He enjoyed painting and sculpting. In addition to his mother Judith and step-father John Ruley, Fred is survived by his wife of 25 years, Susan Malone; two daughters, Jasmine (Aaron) Farr, Gas City, IN and Christy Anne Malone, Indianapolis, IN; two sisters, Monica Malone, Gas City, IN and Megan (Bill) Sivis, Gas City, IN; one brother, Daniel (Kim) Malone, Houston, TX; one step-sister, Heather Jenneman, Omaha, NE; three grandsons, Roger Litton, III, Rees Farr, and Silas Farr, all of Gas City, IN; two nieces, Hannah Sivis, Gas City, IN and Kandace Schultz, Houston, TX; one nephew, Danny Malone, Jr., Houston, TX, and a large family of cousins.
Fred was preceded in death by his father James Frederick Malone, Sr. this past March.
