Frank was born on January 16, 1945, in Birmingham, Alabama. He was married to his wife, Pamela Cooper Teele, for 54 years.
He had a career as a ranch hand for many years of his life until his retirement. He spent his retirement years building his legacy by sharing his love of fishing, hunting, gardening, and raising cattle with his children and grandchildren.
Frank is survived by his wife, Pamela C. Teele; sons, James F. Teele, Jr. (Veronica) and James S. Teele; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and daughter-in-law, Katie Teele.
He was preceded in death by his son, Matthew Gregory Teele.
