James Edwin Pyles Jr, 50 of Newburg, passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at his daughter residence with family by his side. He was born May 15, 1961, in Mahoning County, Ohio, son of James Edwin Pyles Sr, Newburg and Bernice Marie Smith Pyles, Kingwood. Jim graduated from West Preston High School. He had worked at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Fibair and Naylor’s Hardware. In addition to his parents, he is survived by three daughters, Amber Pyles Murray and husband Kaleb, Fellowsville, Amanda Powell and husband Justin, Kingwood, Andrea Pyles of Newburg; three grandchildren, Skyler, Charlie and Hadassah; one brother, Brian Pyles and one niece, Thalia Pyles both of Fairmont. Jim was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harold and Dorothy Smith; paternal grandparents, Gerald and Barbara Pyles.
