The family would like to thank the entire staff at Madison Parish Hospital for the excellent end of life care that James received there. Dr. Perry, all R.N.s, all CNAs, all LPNs, ER staff, Radiology staff, PT staff, Respiratory staff, housekeeping and dietary staff provided the most professional care to James Earl for the last 11 days of his life, and the family will always be grateful to every one of them,
