Barr, all of Morgantown, WV; two sister-in-laws, Crystal Stutler of Clarksburg, WV and Heather Harvey of Fairmont, WV; father-in-law, Bruce Harvey of Fairmont, WV; mother-in-law, Kelly McDonough & her husband, John of Fairmont, WV; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Gail Hensley; maternal grandmother, Frances Emma Hensley; maternal grandfather, James Henry Hensley.
James enjoyed playing video games and spending time with his family.
