James E. Meckem “Jim”, 59, passed away at his home in Camp Verde on Sunday, February 21, 2016. He is survived by his wife Tina; daughters, Jami (Tom) Archer and Jessica (Shane) Griffin; son, John Meckem,; sisters Christina Vess and Patricia (Dan) Brotzler; 10 grandchildren, 13 nephews and 6 nieces. Jim followed his passion for heavy equipment as a career and his final job was with Yavapai County as blademan. Jim loved the outdoors. Many vacations with family and friends revolved around camping, hunting and fishing.
