He was a master carpenter and was self-employed for 19 years with Buildmore Construction.
Jamie’s favorite pastime was playing disc golf.
Besides his parents he is survived by his wife Alice K. Welch whom he married on September 24, 2011; son Connor Welch; brother Joseph Welch and his wife Cristina; mother-in-law Cindy Boyle; sister-in-law Sarah Reese and her husband Derrick; numerous nieces and nephews.
