Mr. James D. Maloy, Sr., age 82, of Cusseta, AL passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Bethany House in Auburn, AL. He was born on May 15, 1935 in Jakin, GA.
Mr. Maloy is survived by his wife of 47 years, Carolyn Maloy; his son, James (Michelle) Maloy, Jr. of Valley, AL; his daughter, Dana (Allen) Crowe of Cusseta, AL; his grandson, Sam Sanabria of Cusseta, AL; his step-granddaughter, Crystal (Clifton) Autry of Valley, AL; his step-grandson, Colby (Layla) Crowe of Cusseta, AL; his step-greatgrandson, C.J. Crowe of Lanett, AL; his sister, Mary (James) Jernigan of Ft. Mitchell, AL; several loving brothers and sisters in law, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Ruby Maloy; his son, Ricky Maloy, and his daughter, Cindy Maloy.
Mr. Maloy was a long distance truck driver all his life, retiring from West Point Stevens then continuing his career with Estes Express until his 2nd retirement. He will be greatly missed by his family and his many fur buddies.
