James David Franson was born September 6, 1977 in Sterling, CO to Debra Bailey. He attended school in Sterling. James enjoyed working on cars, fishing, remodeling homes and building bonfires with family and friends. He always enjoyed helping others in need and he especially loved his two daughters.
He is preceded in death by his sister Jennifer Kay Henderson; grandparents Gilbert and Margaret Bailey, uncle Ron Smith and great aunt Isabel VanNorman.
James is survived by daughters Ceira Rose and Kaylee Ann Franson of Hollyrood, Kansas, Mother Deb and Jody Bailey of Snyder, CO. Aunt Sheryl Smith of Evergreen, CO, Aunt Karen and (Bob) Loew of Fort Gratiot, MI, and sister Nicole Knorr (Kyle) of Craig, CO.; niece Deseree Henderson; nephews Aaron, Keegan, Morrigen, and Lane Miller/Knorr and Dominic Henderson and extended family in CO, NE, and KS.
