James Culley Fudge, 90, died Saturday, November 26, 2016, at Church Manor Nursing Home in Ecru, MS..m.. David Ard officiating…m.. Born to the late Zola Metts and James Buell Fudge, Mr. Fudge was retired from the postal service where he worked as a clerk in Memphis, TN. He joined Yellow Leaf Baptist Church as a teenager and was a longtime member. He enjoyed watching football and was an avid Ole Miss football fan. He enjoyed visiting his old home place in Yocona and the Yellow Leaf community. Mr. Fudge was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served in Japan during World War II achieving the rank of E3. He graduated in the class of 1944 from University High School in Oxford, MS and attended college at Ole Miss.
