MAYS LICK James C. “Jimmy” Stitt, 68, of the Old Sardis Pike passed away Monday April 29, 2013 at his home.
Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Betty Jo Blankenship Stitt. Three children, Keith (Patty) Stitt of May’s Lick, Gayle Stitt of Maysville and Sheri (Tony) Wheary of May’s Lick. 7 grandchildren, Bradley and Brian Stitt, Michele & Tia Montgomery, Taylor McVey, Nick Wheary and Byron Parker. 3 sisters, Nancy Price of Wedonia, Joyce Crawford of Virginia and Janie (Brad) Applegate of Lewisburg; 3 brothers, Rolly Stitt of Wedonia, Donnie (Carlotta) Stitt and Jerry (Christine) Stitt of Flemingsburg. Also several nieces & nephews and a special brother-in-law Jay Blankenship. He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, David Stitt.
