Mr. James C. Reusing, 84, a resident of Queen Anne and formerly of Elvaton, Maryland, passed away Monday, Dec. 13, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Nursing Center in Baltimore. He was born Dec. 21, 1925 in Elvaton, where he lived with his family and worked as a carpenter. Mr. Reusing served in the US Army Cavalry during WWII. He was a Past Master of Ben Franklin Lodge, a Past Grand Tall Cedar of Annapolis Forest, active with the Eastern Star in Odenton and a 67 year member of American Legion Post 40.
