James C. Ault of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on November 11, 2020, after battling cancer. Jim was born in Hardin County, Ohio to Marguerite Willeke Ault and Kenneth Ault on March 21, 1943. He graduated from Hardin Northern High School, attended and received a bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University in Engineering, and earned a master’s degree in Engineering from Texas A&M University. He worked the majority of his career in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Bonnie McBride, and brother-in-law Herman Bassler. Jim is survived by his wife, Shirley, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, sister Marilyn Bassler of West Alexandria, Ohio, brother-in-law Robert McBride of Kenton, Ohio, daughter Jessica (Clifton) Janney of Tehachapi, California, and grandsons Garrett Janney and Brandon Janney. He will be missed and remembered as a loving father and for his willingness to always lend a hand to a friend in need.
