James A. “Buddy” King, 68, of Anderson, passed away on April 30, 2015 at his residence.
He was born on December 17, 1946 in Livingston, Tennessee and resided most of his life in Anderson. He was a self-employed drywaller. He loved to go fishing, but importantly he loved to spend time with his family and friends.
James is survived by his loving spouse of 44 years, Sandra (Parham) King; sons, Jimmie D. King and David L. (Rosemary) King; daughter, Terri L. (Mickey) Amos; grandchildren, Courtney, Brittnee, Charity, Ridge, and Jamie Jr.; and several great-grandchildren. Also surviving are six brothers and sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hollis H. and Sallie King; and son, Jamie A. King, Sr.
