James “Boone” Daniel English, age 64, of Clayton, Georgia, passed away on December 20, 2020.
Boone was born the son of the late Wallace Rafter English and the late Cora Mae Patten on March 24, 1956. In his professional life he worked as a carpenter for many years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved playing golf and the competiveness and friendship that came with playing the game.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Billy English.
His survivors include his loving wife, Ruth Craig English, of the home; three sons, Ryan English (Ann), of Verona, WI, Kevin English (Kayli), of Rabun Gap, Terry English (Jessica), of Charleston, SC; one brother, Nelson English, of Clayton, GA; seven grandchildren, Breanna English, Chloe English, Isaiah English, Rachael English, Hannah English, Joshua English, Abbigael English.
