James Arthur Adams, age 71, of Pataskala, passed away at home after a 9 month battle with cancer. James was born April 8, 1946 to the late Arthur and Leona (Crisp) Adams in Portsmouth, Ohio. He was raised by his aunt and uncle, Stella and Robert Crisp. James was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and a graduate of the American River College in Sacramento, California. He retired from Constar Plastics in 2008. James was a devout Christian and loved the Ohio State Buckeyes, as well as, computers, cars, UFO’s and history. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Panayiota (Mylona) Adams; sons, Christopher Adams of Pataskala, James (Leah) Adams of Cameron Park, California; daughters, Angela Adams of Pataskala, Joanna Adams of Pataskala, Kimberly (Bill) Morgan of Cameron Park, California; 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Richard (Janice) Adams; sisters, Palnita Hampton, Janet (Joe) LeCompte, and his beloved dog, Rocco.
