James was born January 19, 1959 to the late Thelma Gay Wamsley and James A. Miller Sr. He and his wife Verda have been married for 8 wonderful years but together for 30 years. James was a skilled roofer. He worked for Walters roofing for most of his career and retired from Alliance Roofing. He enjoyed simple things like shooting pool, drinking beer, playing online poker, crabbing with his brother-in-law Marvin, and watching his favorite shows about Aliens on the History Channel. He was a very smart man, and you could talk to him about anything. He is very much loved and will be missed by his family.
On December 25, 2020. Christmas Day, James passed away at 61 years old. He is the beloved husband of Verda Childers-Miller. Father of Ronald Miller, and Dear grandfather. He is the youngest of six, having 5 older sisters. James was also blessed with many loving nieces and nephews. He also loved his his little dog “Buddy”.
