James A. Wright, age 92, of Bethlehem, passed away on Tuesday May 23, 2017 at Whitehall Manor. James was the loving husband of the late Shirley A. (Sweigard) who passed in 2013.
Born in Bethlehem, James was the son of the late Ebon and the Louise (Eilenberger) Wright.
James proudly served in the United States Army Air Corps during WWII as a aircraft mechanic. He attended Bethlehem Business College. He worked for Bethlehem Contracting as a purchasing agent.
James is survived by his niece Connie Lonergan with husband Chris of Bethlehem and nephews; Jeff Miller with wife Jeanette of Michigan, David Anthony with wife Niki of Bethlehem, and Greg Tice
