SNOW, Sr., James A. Winter Haven, FL, Formerly of Kalamazoo Passed away October 22, 2014 at age 87. James was born June 18, 1927 in Albion, NY to the late Charles and Nora Johnson Snow. He was united in marriage to Helen Muir Pelto on December 20, 1980. Helen survives.
James proudly served in the U.S. Army with the Engineer Construction Bn. from February of 1946 until honorably discharged in June of 1947. James is survived by his wife Helen Snow; children, Bruce Snow, Robin Bruce Chapman, John Linda Pelto, David Phyllis Pelto, Mardy Jess Tinney, Ralph Pelto and Katie Dinger; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He is also preceded in death by a son, James Snow, Jr., brother, Charles Doris Snow, Sr.; and sisters, Besta Glenn and Jean William Wilson.
