Northfield – Jadwiga (Golembiewska) Piotrowski, 79, of Northfield, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was the widow of Mr. Gabriel Piotrowski.
Jadwiga was born on August 2. 1939 in Krzymowloga, Mala, Poland, daughter of the late Ksawery and Marianna (Szlaska) Golembiewski. Jadwiga immigrated in 1965 and lived in Northfield for 49 years.
Jadwiga is survived by three daughters, Elizabeth P. Norwood and her husband Michael of Unionville, Mary Anna Piotrowski and Groton, and Halina Wagner and her husband Daniel of Hamden; and four grandchildren, Jack Wagner, Adam Norwood, Anna Wagner, and Christian Norwood.
