Jacquelyn M. Gery, nee Stefanoni passed away on June 23, 2015 at Samaritan Inpatient Hospice with her loving family by her side. Jacki was a loving wife for 45 years to Gene, with whom she resided in Burlington, NJ where she was also raised. Jacki was a graduate of Burlington City High School, class of 1967.
After successfully running S&H Abstract Company (a title agency) as the co-owner for many years, she retired in 2003. Jacki and Gene enjoyed traveling but their favorite destination was their beach home on Long Beach Island. Jacki was happiest when she was with her family, and she often cooked Sunday dinners and hosted holiday get-together for them.
She was devoted to caring for her elderly relatives, especially her parents. Preceded in death by her father Augustine Stefanoni, she is survived by her loving husband Gene: mother Mary Stefanoni; brother Gary and sister-in-law Marie Stefanoni, and their children; her nephew Giancarlo Stefanoni, niece Arianna (Greg) Sherlock and great-nephew, Gunnar Sherlock; her sister-in-law Elaine and brother-in-law Hugh McGavern and their children; her nephews, Tim (Jennifer) Spanfelner and William, and niece Wendy Spanfelner and Kerry McGavern. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and several dear long-time friends to cherish her memory.
