Jacqueline L. Thomas, 94, formerly of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 30, 2017, at Phoebe Home, Allentown.
Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late John A. and Verna (Hunsicker) Thomas. After graduating from Bethlehem High School, she went on to work for Bethlehem Steel Corp, working as an office supervisor. She retired after 32 years of service. Jacqueline was a member of Christ Church UCC in Bethlehem, where she was a “peanut maker”. She also volunteered at the Soup Kitchen nearby at Trinity Episcopal Church. She and her siblings enjoyed travelling and being together.
Survivors: sisters Phyllis Radle of Allentown, Lucille Long of Minnesota; several nieces and nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews, including Melissa Frindt of Easton. Jacqueline was predeceased by her siblings Geraldine, Claire and John.
