DURHAM Jacqueline Ann Johnson Hancock ( Jackie), 67 of Durham, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2013.
Jackie was a native and lifelong resident of Durham. She worked as Office Manager at Hillcrest Convalescent Center in Durham from 1964 to 2003. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Ellis Johnson.
Surviving are her mother, Agatha Hurley Johnson; her husband, Donald Lee Hancock; brother, David Earl Johnson; children, Darryl Lee Hancock (Gail), Kimberly Hancock Oakley (David), and Donald Scott Hancock (Carrie); grandchildren, Emily Anne Hancock, Alan Michael Hancock, Bobby Oakley; two great-grandchildren, Kymberlee Oakley and Hunter Oakley.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Leslie Foreman, Dr. Kombiz Kline, the 6th Floor MICU Staff and the staff of Duke Hospice.
