Jacqueline Doloros (Richardson) Bell, 74 went home to be with the Lord surrounded by family and friends on Monday, February 13, 2023. Jacqueline was born on May 1, 1948, to the proud parents of Howard D and Loretta Richardson. She was raised in Columbus, Ohio, and graduated from Linden McKinley High School. She married Richard (Dickie) Bell of Columbus, Ohio. They were blessed with two beautiful daughters. Jacqueline was employed by the State of Ohio Bureau Of Workers Compensation, where she had a successful career that spanned over thirty-five years until her retirement in 1998. Post-retirement, Jacqueline continued to work for another ten years at Schottenstein Department Stores.
Jacqueline loved the Lord. She was baptized in 2009 at New Birth Christian Ministries, where she was a faithful member of the congregation.
Jacqueline was known for her sense of style, especially her matching fedoras and hats. Jacqueline was a quick wit and had a great sense of humor. She loved to laugh and loved making others laugh. Jacqueline loved to help others, anytime you needed her, she was there for you.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Howard D. Richardson and Loretta E. Eberhardt-Richardson and brother Gary L. Richardson.
She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Cheneice (Ryan) O’Neal and Kimberly Carter; brothers, Danny Richardson, Reginald Richardson and Bernard Richardson; sisters, Yvonne Westerfield and Felicia (D.W Jr.) Miles; grandchildren, Kamazi Bell, Dominique (Shawn Jr.) Moore, Yanni Ervin, C’airra Carter, Malachi O’Neal and Amani O’Neal; aunts, Francis Eberhardt and Annette (Sweet Pea) Eberhardt, and a host of special nieces and nephews, loving cousins, other relatives and friends.
