Jacqueline B. (Ford) Gammons, 82, of Oglesby, died on Tuesday evening, April 16, 2019 at the Ottawa Pavilion.
Jacqueline was born August 11, 1936 in Iowa City, IA to Robert and Alice (Beatty) Ford. She married Clarence E. Gammons in 1977 in LaSalle.
Jacqueline retired from Illinois Valley Community Hospital after 28 years of service as a housekeeper.
She is survived by three children, Jim Merrifield of Cedar Point, Larry Merrifield of Spring Valley and Connie Wilber of LaSalle; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence on February 26, 2019; one son, Clarence Warren “Shorty” Gammons; her parents and two brothers, John and Reid Ford.
