Jacob Philip Shumway O’Haver, 33, of Idaho Falls, passed away July 2, 2020, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Jacob was born October 16, 1986, in Mesa, Arizona, to Russell Joel O’Haver and Wanda Lenette Shumway O’Haver. He grew up and attended schools in Gilbert, Arizona, and graduated from Gilbert High School.
On November 8, 2007, he was sealed to Sydney Alexsandra Thompson in the Mesa, Arizona Temple. Jacob and Sydney made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Jacob worked as the Assistant Branch Manager for Mountain American Credit Union in Ammon.
Jacob is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Sydney O’Haver of Idaho Falls; three daughters, Scarlette Alexsa O’Haver, Sienna Tornae O’Haver, and Secily Rae O’Haver; son, Desmond Jacob Philip O’Haver; parents, Russell O’Haver Sr. and Wanda O’Haver; sisters, Heather Lynn O’Haver and Briauna Jo (Bryan) Farrow; brothers, Russell Joel (Leslie) O’Haver, Kenneth Charles (Natalie) O’Haver, Chase Landon (Stephanie) O’Haver, Joshua Russell O’Haver, Scott Nicholas O’Haver, and Jedediah Joseph O’Haver.
