Jackie “Jack” West, Jr., 66, of New Whiteland, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018.
He was born to the late Jackie and Dorothy (Turner) West, Sr. on April 14, 1952 in Indianapolis.
Jack worked as a service representative for Canteen Vending for 40 years. He married Vickie (Spears) West on September 26, 1970 in Whiteland.
Jack loved his job. He was a member of the Shelbyville Eagles.
Jack was a former member of the Whiteland Eagles. He enjoyed helping with the fundraisers for kids. Jack was a lifetime member of the VFW.
Jack is survived by his wife Vickie West of New Whiteland; his two children, Jeffrey (Lisa) West of Whiteland and Nicole (Kevin) Freese of Bardstown, KY; his sister, Janet Handy of Knoxville, TN; his brother, David West; six grandchildren, Allison, Ashley, Emily, Anthony, Breeanna and Sydney; and his sister-in-law Sharri (Greg) Sanders.
