Cowart, and his nephew Patrick M. Hearon. Jack is survived by his sister, Ardyth Hearon (Brian) and nephew, Phillip Hearon; sons, Samuel Cowart (Tara), Phillip Cowart (Kate Marthaler); daughters, Shannon Brewer (Jacob Kerwick), Shelley Evenson (Craig), Jennifer Rider (Adam); grandchildren (10), Heather Oswalt, Matthew Oswalt, Emily Brewer, William Brewer, Caleb Cowart, Cadence Evenson, Jacob Rider, Chase Evenson, Carly Rider, Chloe Cowart; great grandchildren Sadie Mae Oswalt.
